Where’s The Racing This Weekend? Where And How To Watch It.
For starters, have you seen my handy schedule over the right of the screen. I have started carrying the schedules for all the NASCAR Series – Sprint Cup, Nationwide, Camping World Trucks, Camping World East And West, Whelen Modified, Whelen Southern Modified, Canadian Tire Series and the Mexico Series.
In addition I am also keeping track of the USAC Silver Crown Series, USAC Sprint Car, USAC Midgets, World Of Outlaw Sprint Car, World Of Outlaw Late Model, ARCA, Formula One and the IRL.
I got tired of digging around finding if different series were racing that weekend and where. So I just added them all to my database so that I can see it. I will also be adding NHRA and more hopefully.
FEEL FREE TO CONTACT ME ABOUT ADDING SERIES. It’s nice to be able to see all upcoming races in one location what is racing where. I have not problems adding more series.
And of course check out our SCHEDULE page!
There is all kinds of racing this weekend. The Top 3 NASCAR divisions are racing as well as the developmental Camping World East and Mexico Series. USAC is racing as well as the World Of Outlaws. And the IRL is racing as well.
Let’s get NASCAR out of the way. All three top series of NASCAR are racing at Dover International Speedway this weekend.
NASCAR
Sprint Cup – Sunday at 1:30 pm on FOX
Nationwide – Saturday at 2:00 pm on ABC
Camping World Trucks – Friday night at 8:00 pm on Speed
NASCAR – NO TV or WEBCAST THAT I AM AWARE OF
Camping World East Series – South Boston Speedway
Mexico Series – PueblaAutdromo Miguel E. Abed
World Of Outlaws
The weekend will kick off with the World Of Outlaw Late Model race on Thursday night at Delaware International Speedway. They will also be racing Saturday night at Hagerstown Speedway – Hagerstown, MD and Sunday night at Tyler County Speedway – Middlebourne, WV.
If you don’t know the World Of Outlaws series races are usually available video audio for free. You can also pay a fee of $8.95 per race to watch live over the internet. They also have a yearly subscription you can pay to watch all the races for that subscription price including pay-per-view events for $59.95. Not a bad price really especially since they claim that is over 500 hours of live video.
But in reality, should you have to pay that much? I think it is a little steep, but I am sure I will pay to watch some of the races.
The World Of Outlaws Sprint Cars will be running at Attica Raceway Park – Attica, OH on Friday night and here in my state on Saturday night at I-96 Speedway – Lake Odessa, MI.
These World Of Outlaw races are brought to you through dirtvision.com.
USAC
The USAC is racing their Midget Series on Friday and Saturday night. They will be racing in my second home state of Iowa (I lived their for about 5 years). The will be at Knoxville Raceway – Knoxville, IA. They show a lot of their races LIVE and FREE streaming over the internet. That is worth checking out.

INDY
And on Sunday the IRL is racing at the Milwaukee Mile. The IRL has it set up for you watch over the internet as well. Head to http://indycarnation.indycar.com/Root/index.php and sign up. I believe it is free, but I am not sure.
Other than that, VERSUS usually carries the INDY races as they are this weekend as well. But this weekend you can watch the race at 3:30 PM on ABC. That means I could actually have a chance of watching some of it as well. My cable provider wants me to pay extra for Versus…why?….I have no idea. One other big snag in that plan is that I am pretty sure I will be watching the Sprint Cup race, unless of course there is more rain in the forecast for the east coast.
Lot’s of good racing this weekend it looks like. You should be able to get your fill of racing one way or another.

USAC Racing Live is saying that there will not be a live video feed for this weekends races at Knoxville, IA. BUMMER
