While it will take quite some time for me to get used to the Matt Kenseth Crown Royal #17 car……I eventually will.

Sponsors change all the time and even more often now days it seems.

I will not “not buy” Dewalt because they left NASCAR and Matt Kenseth. Companies all over are hurting right now and if they need to cut chunks out of their budget to keep a float….so be it.

Plus (no idea if this is the case or not), but if by dropping their NASCAR sponsorship that means they can keep more people employment…if only a few….then so be it. More power to them.

Cutting corners I understand in hard economic times. But taking that Black and Gold car off the track I think is a bad choice for Dewalt. I am a Gordon fan but a Dewalt tool user or at least I was. I have many Dewalt tools but I certainly will consider other cheaper alternatives now. After all if Dewalt can cut corners maybe we all can to. I hope this truely backfires in your face Dewalt. And I hope someone sees that it is backfiring before it is to late.

I personally I’m not a Jimmie Johnson fan, but you have to hand it to him and his team they have their “game” face on again this year!

Chad has to be 1 of the craftiest out there, he just has the ability to do the right thing at the right time.

I was floored when Jeff Gordon only took two tires, really turned out to be a big mistake, it’s to bad because I think Jeff would have given could have held Johnson off.

I would have liked to see a battle to the finish between those two.

Miss seeing the 17 Dewalt… was my favorite all these years… All my tools are Dewalt as a result of me being such a Dewalt homer… Hope they come back… Matt belongs in the Black & Gold with all due respect to Crown Royal… Matt looks like a bootlegger driving that car ….lol….

I could see that as a ligament request for Daytona an Talldega, these teams put a lot of money into testing for super speedways races.

I’m just glad they are at least considering getting rid of that spoiler thing.

I agree with the wing not looking right. I am happy that NASCAR has been absolutely great here lately listening to fans, drivers and owners. That is evident with the wing being phased out this year it sounds like.

I did read another article just today I think it was that owners and(???) drivers were asking NASCAR to leave the wing on for the remainder of this years superspeedway races.

We’ll see!

Sound like the test went well. Hopefully they will get the new spoiler worked out. The wing just doesn’t look rite on the back of a stock car in my opinion.
